Wood walkway repair on hole #17 NEEDED!!

To the Cotton Wood DG Course Committee, the course at Cottonwood is much better now the heavy construction equiptment is gone!!! The wood walkway over the "swamp" area" as your going down the path from #17 tee towards the #17 the walk way is in really bad shape!! Several boards need replacing, if someone has the "proper sized wood", I'd be more than willing to nail it down and repair the walkway.

If you've got a crew for that, pls. put this on their "we need to fix list", thanks a bunch!!

Indeed it is. In fact there will be a new bridge constructed this coming weekend 09/06/08 - 09/0708. It will be a nice and lasting addition to the course. The bridge will be a Boyscout project .(Specifically Troup #71) to help them learn the in's and out's of the construction field. While this is occuring hole #17 will be closed for the weekend with the basket residing at my house to stop traffic through there while construction is on going. This plan was set in motion by Kurt (Good Job!). He also donated a portion of his disc sells to support the balance of the project. The PPFDC also donated $300 towards the materials for this project with the Boyscouts doing the labor (Thanks Guys!).

Skittles/Kurt/The Boy Scouts, a BIG THANKS!! That's a most excellent project, and to think all I wanted was a few "already cut" boards! Can't wait to get my transportation problems fixed and check out the new bridge, again thanks!!

The bridge is nice. I love this course. Kurt is a great guy too, gave me tips a couple times on my drives. Helped very much!
