Sakuna Entance for winter

During the winter months all entry to Sakuna Pines will be through the camp. Call out there, 495-2743 and let them know you are coming or stop by the office on your way in so they know who is on the property. You can drive all the way in to the clearing by hole 9 and play it from there. The gate off Black Forest road will not be reopened until May and it will be decided then how that will be handled, probably a combination lock with members knowing the combo. Hope that works for everyone.

Hello Steve,

I was told by a few people that they called the number and left a message and no one called back. I went to the office and let them know I was playing the other day and they seemed cool with that, do you think that is an ok alternative if they cannot get contact by phone?

On another note I think I may be not getting your emails with notifications, will you please check and see that my address is there and if it is will you change it to joe@ppfdc.com please?

Hey Joe,

I think stopping at the office is fine, they just want to know who is out there and make sure they are members. I think this should work fine for the winter as not too many people are playing out there anyway. Kenny says the neighbors have talked to some of the golfers out there and have been very happy with responses, so it looks like locking the gate for the time being is keeping out the troublemakers. Happy neighbors make for happy property owners.

I will change your email on my list. Probably won't be sending messages unless something comes up that should not be posted in a public spot. Hopefully it won't come to that.
